Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We had a great Christmas this year. Unfortunately, for the first time in a long time, I forgot my camera at most of our family parties...I guess I will blame it on being pregnant! Speaking of, it is hard to believe that in just three months baby Mac will be joining us! As I was ordering our 2010 calendar, it was so hard to believe that next year he will be here!
On another note; Conner loved everything about Christmas this year. He loved watching the old Christmas classics, singing Frosty the snowman, learning about Jesus living in a barn on a farm (I know...but we thought that was close to a manger in the desert), and being very good because Santa was always watching!~ He was so good that Santa treated him very well this year....let's see....his favorites were dozers, diggers, semis, a bow, train table, basketball goal, easel....and because his daddy promised helmets and a governor (I think that is how you spell it)...his very own four wheeler....

We are all truly blessed. Thank you for being a very important part of our family and we look forward to sharing our 2010 memories with you! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Tis the season!

We had fun visiting the Christmas tree farm! We were all thankful it was not freezing this year! Conner wanted this tree (I was thankful because I was for sure he would ask for a humongous one!)
Our tree; that seemed to be the right size and perfect shape at the tree farm...once we got it home it was huge and curves at the top at almost a 90 degree angle!

It still turned out beautiful, though!

Conner, Jason, Mawmaw, Pawpaw, Toby, Tiffany, Brody, Beckett, Saylor, David, Madelyn, Kevin, Suzy, Griffen and I all went to the HL Christmas party on Saturday night. The kids had a great time and seeing Santa come in on the firetruck was worth waiting in the cold! Conner loved the fireworks too and kept asking Jason if he could touch them.

First trip to visit Santa: NO TEARS! All week long Conner told us, "Yous sit on Santa's lap, not mes" "You tell him I want diggers, backhoes, graintrucks: Ok?" So, we were glad when he at least agreed to get close enough to Santa to tell him what he wanted. Afterwards, I asked Conner if he told Santa what his BABY BROTHER wanted and he said "Just mes!" So, the McClellan family has received our first Christmas gift this year...Baby Boy McClellan No. 2 looks happy and healthy and is growing very fast; we are excited to meet him in 2010!
